Before you place your order, we'd like to share some important details about our processing and shipping times.

 

Current Processing Times:

Orders may take between 12-24 hours to process after they are placed. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping providers. Please note that delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or in cases of national weather disruptions, as shipping carriers can experience high volumes of packages. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Shipping Times:
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your customizable vaping devices, including the Adjust MyCool, Adjust MyFlavor, and Adjust MySweet series, safely to your doorstep. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Shipping times depend on the service you select at checkout and are separate from processing times:

  • Priority Mail: Estimated 1-5 business days (not guaranteed)
  • Flat Rate/Free Shipping: Estimated 2-10 business days, shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the package

Important Notes:
Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with tracking information. Orders are delivered to USPS/UPS at the end of each business day before being transferred to the main distribution hubs. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has been shipped. If you notice any discrepancies with your tracking information, it may be due to an error from the shipping service, as we only have access to the same tracking details you receive.
