Customer service is a top priority at AdjustVapes.com. You may return defective items (NOT MISUSED) within 14 days of the received date, as indicated by your tracking information. Our customer service team must approve all returns, so please contact us before sending any items back. Items received with prior approval will be accounted for and appropriately disposed of.
Our policy covers manufacturer defects, items that arrive dead on arrival (DOA), and items that do not match their description on our website. This policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse or improper care. If you receive items you know how to use, feel free to contact us for proper care instructions—we're happy to help.
For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns on our products. This policy is in place to ensure that all items remain hygienic and uncontaminated. Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping is only refundable if you received the wrong item(s). A return label will be provided if you receive the wrong item(s) or an item that is DOA. Please return the merchandise within 14 days of the shipment date to our Returns address after contacting us.
To submit a request for a refund or exchange, please email our returns department at support@AdjustVapes.com. Include your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, PHONE NUMBER, and the REASON for the return. You may be asked to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the package.
Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect and test the merchandise. If found defective, we will gladly send a replacement of the original item(s) purchased at no cost, provided the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is unavailable, you can have store credit or a refund to the original form of payment used for your purchase. If we determine that the merchandise is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise or issue store credit.
All returns are subject to case-by-case exceptions. If you have issues with your item(s), don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Please do not ship items back in a regular envelope or paper envelope, as this is insufficient packaging and may result in lost or damaged items. Padded envelopes or boxes are required. Packaging for returns may result in your return being accepted. Include your name, contact information, and order number.
Returns must include all parts that came with your item, including packaging, if still available.

We recommend using a carrier service that provides a tracking number. Please allow ten days from the return shipment date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
