Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Many orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 PM EST may ship the same business day, however processing times may vary based on order volume, verification requirements, weekends, holidays, and operational conditions.
Orders may also be packed or processed on weekends and holidays when operations allow. Shipment timing is not guaranteed, and orders may move through processing sooner than expected.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions by State
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. Certain states have restrictions or bans on shipping vape products. Our checkout system automatically blocks restricted items based on your shipping address.

Order Verification
All orders are subject to payment confirmation and age verification. Incomplete or failed verification may delay your order.
Ensure your full legal name, date of birth, and shipping address are entered correctly. Typos and auto-fill errors commonly cause delays.
Order Issues
If anything in your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For faster support, include:

- A photo of the items you received
- A photo of the packing slip included in your package

Route Package Protection
Route Protection is shipping insurance for your order. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route will review your claim and may issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or another resolution in accordance with their policies.
We strongly recommend purchasing Route Protection with your order.
If you purchase Route Protection, you will receive a separate email from Route with instructions on what to do if there is an issue with your shipment and how to proceed with filing a claim.
You have 30 days to file a claim with Route Protection.
To file a claim with Route:

- Enter the same email address used when placing your order
- Enter your order number
If Route Protection is not selected at checkout, AdjustVapes.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
If you purchased Route Protection, please file your claim directly through Route using the instructions above.
If Route Protection was not selected, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you receive a defective item not caused by misuse, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
What Our Policy Covers
- Manufacturer defects
- Dead on arrival items
- Items that do not match their product description
This policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Health & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived defective. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to Request a Return

- Reason for Return (photos or videos may be required)
Once approved, our team will provide instructions to complete your return.
Processing Returns
- Confirmed defective items are replaced at no cost, subject to availability
- If unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund
- Fully functional items may be returned to you or issued store credit at our discretion
Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing once received.
