Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped the next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will also ship on the following business day. During periods of high order volume, minor delays may occur. We appreciate your patience, and if significant delays arise, we will notify you via phone or email.

Shipping Restrictions
Adjust Vapes ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Adult Signature (21+) is required upon delivery. State laws may restrict the shipping of certain products to specific locations.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details are typically available within 24 hours after shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Adjust Vapes is not liable for items lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for the claims process.

International Shipping Policy
At this time, Adjust Vapes does not offer shipping to locations outside the United States.
