What We Cover

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (per tracking) for issues not caused by misuse:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Items not matching the description on our site

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered.

Health & Safety

To protect all customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless defective.

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item was DOA or incorrect.
  • If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
  • All returns must be approved and initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email support@adjustvapes.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for Return (photos/video may be requested)

If approved, we’ll send instructions for completing your return.

Processing & Outcomes

  • If confirmed defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost (subject to availability).
  • If unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
  • If the item is functional, it may be returned to you or credited at our discretion.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing, and 1–2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement.
