I ordered 2 vapes

I ordered 2 vapes, this flavor being one of them. It doesn't work. I've emailed 3 times and received no reply. I just want a replacement or refund. I would of been a repeat customer, but not anymore. The other vape works fine.

I lost my refillable vape while visiting a small town over Christmas. Went to the first vape shop and they talked me into this one. I’m very picky about my flavor so I was a little apprehensive.
